Description
The role oversees the engineering implementation of new construction, maintenance, and major and minor repairs; develops long-term business sustainability and growth strategies; guides proposals; coordinates with clients; provides technical inputs to senior management; monitors maintenance procedures and corrective actions; and delivers preventive and proactive building and infrastructure maintenance. It requires 3–5 years of facility or plant maintenance experience, an engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification, and strong communication, negotiation, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
