Description
This is a full-time, hourly-based Assistant Manager position at Monro's Automotive Retail Service & Repair Store. The Assistant Manager will act as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the management of store operations to meet service standards and achieve profitability goals. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, communicating effectively regarding vehicle issues and solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations.
