Description
The Assistant Manager - Soft Services will manage and support daily cleaning and soft-services operations for a total facilities management team in Dubai. The role handles budgets and cleaning-supply inventory, resolves customer complaints, conducts cleanliness inspections, plans cleaning schedules, supervises and trains cleaning staff, closes PPM and SR tasks, develops cleaning procedures, maintains records, and ensures health and safety compliance. The position requires at least seven years of facility-management managerial experience, two years of mall-management managerial experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities management, BICSc training, knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, project-management skills, and experience leading continuous-improvement projects.
