Description
The Assistant Manager - Soft Services will manage and support daily cleaning and soft-services operations for a total facilities management team in Dubai. The role oversees budgets, supplies and equipment, customer complaints, facility inspections, cleaning schedules, staff supervision and training, PPM and SR completion, procedures, records, health and safety, and staff briefings. It also requires staying current with cleaning technologies and industry trends. The selection criteria require at least seven years of facility-management managerial experience, two years of mall-management managerial experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities management and BICSc training, knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, project-management skills, and experience leading continuous-improvement projects.
