Ocorian is hiring a Luxembourg Fund Services Specialist to support Luxembourg fund clients with corporate governance, legal administration, and entity lifecycle management. The role manages incorporations, restructurings, liquidations, board and shareholder meetings, regulatory filings, statutory records, and client requests, while coordinating with regulators, lawyers, notaries, and internal stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related discipline, 4–7 years of experience in Luxembourg fund services or a similar corporate governance environment, fluent English, and strong organisational, IT, and problem-solving skills.
