Flex is hiring an Assistant Manager – General Ledger in Chennai to lead a team of 10–15 accountants and finance leads, manage the month-end close, balance-sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, SOX compliance, process improvements, and department-level projects. The role requires a commerce or accounting degree, at least 8 years of related experience, 4 years of people-management experience, strong accounting and analytical skills, and night shifts from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. or 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
