Description
The Assistant Manager - Hakuba supports the Hakuba Location Manager with private-lesson and resort-guiding operations, instructor allocation and staffing, team leadership, guest-service resolution, safety and compliance, payroll and scheduling accuracy, and delegated location coverage. The role is seasonal and fixed-term from November through April, with a travel allowance of up to ¥150,000 reimbursed on actual flight costs. It requires management or senior supervisory experience in a snowsports school, resort, or guest-experience operation, strong private-lesson or instructor-operations experience, and relevant instructor, safety, driving, and administrative qualifications.
