KLDiscovery is hiring an Assistant Manager, Hosted Services to lead and develop a project management team of Senior Litigation Data Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and Hosting Team Leads. The role oversees hosting quality, client relationships, project-level support, case coverage, performance reviews, workload allocation, and internal processes, while requiring strong litigation support, eDiscovery, project management, Microsoft Office, and hosted discovery application knowledge. The position requires at least five years of experience in litigation support, legal practice, or a related legal or eDiscovery industry, with previous leadership experience preferred.
