Description
The HSE Manager serves as the subject matter expert for health, safety, and environmental matters, advising management, site leaders, and contractors on compliance and best practices. The role oversees safety and utilities maintenance, fire safety, emergency preparedness, contractor safety compliance, facility requirements, HSE training, and monthly inspections. It requires a bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a related discipline, at least seven years of HSE experience, knowledge of Malaysian regulations, and familiarity with risk assessment, HIRARC, permit-to-work, material handling equipment, and facility maintenance.
