Description
The Food Safety and Hygiene Manager is responsible for verifying compliance with food-safety and hygiene standards, advising and training food handlers, identifying operational risks, conducting kitchen and vendor inspections, coordinating cleaning programs, managing pest-control issues, and maintaining documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with two years of food and beverage, culinary, or related experience, or a two-year degree in hospitality or a related field; an environmental health or culinary degree is preferred.
