Dollar Tree is hiring a part-time Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, merchandise handling, opening and closing procedures, recordkeeping, loss prevention, store maintenance, and the supervision, training, and development of store associates. The role is based at 2701 S.W. College Road, Ocala, Florida, and requires retail store management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
