The Assistant Manager in Training supports the General Manager by executing initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching team members to uphold TEG standards. The role requires flexible availability, including at least two weekend and two night shifts per week, physical activity such as lifting 30–40 pounds, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Required skills include cash-system management, interpersonal communication, influencing others, basic computer skills, and composure in fast-paced environments.
