Description
The Information Systems Manager will lead the hotel’s Information Systems department, overseeing policies, operations, service, finance, technical support, data security, emergency procedures, employee recruitment and development, and departmental performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, at least four years of IT Operations experience, hospitality or large-scale operational experience, strong IT infrastructure and POS-system knowledge, and fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred. The position is open to Omani nationals and expatriates.
