Description
The role implements and configures integrations between WMS, TMS, customer systems, and DHL systems; extracts and analyzes data for Power BI and other analytics; maintains technical documentation; resolves incidents and technical issues; supports testing, training, implementation, and post-implementation activities; manages assigned projects; and coordinates with IT vendors. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer studies or information technology, 3–5 years of integration and digitalization experience, SQL and database design expertise, reporting and business intelligence knowledge, and familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, SDLC, and project management.
