Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in directing store operations, driving sales and sales per hour per associate, and building a high-performance sales culture at La Senza. Responsibilities include assigning sales segments and shifts, training and developing associates, resolving customer and associate relationship issues, supporting recruiting and onboarding, managing labor budgets and discretionary expenses, overseeing inventory and loss-reduction activities, maintaining visual merchandising and replenishment standards, and ensuring safe and well-maintained store operations.
