Description
The Assistant Manager, Learning Experience & Processes serves as United’s primary system administrator for enterprise learning management tools, overseeing configuration, access, assignments, curricula, workflows, testing, troubleshooting, content deployment, integrations, data quality, and platform maintenance. The role coordinates with instructional design, learning teams, vendors, and business partners; supports learning technology initiatives and AI-enabled learning solutions; and requires hybrid work from Chicago with up to 15% domestic and international travel. The base salary is $81,795 to $106,602, with eligibility for bonus and long-term incentive compensation.
