Talabat is hiring an Assistant Manager to own the performance of bicycle and EV fleet and tMart operations. The role is responsible for fleet strategy and mix, performance analytics, tMart compliance, operational problem-solving, SOP and automation improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and building a high-performing team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of operations experience, preferably in last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or mobility technology, and experience managing on-ground teams.
