Description
The role is responsible for plant, facility, fire-safety, and asset-management maintenance at LEI, Nashik, including machine and infrastructure upkeep, new-machine installation, preventive maintenance, vendor development, and cost and safety improvements. It also reports to the Plant Manager and includes production planning, RMU assembly and testing, quality control, process optimization, team leadership, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination. The posting requires a BE or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electrical-electronics engineering, at least 10 years of RMU or MV switchgear manufacturing experience, and knowledge of assembly, testing, MV standards, TPM, OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and D365.
