Description
The Assistant Manager, Men's Universe will report to the Floor Director - Men's Universe and manage the Men's Universe business at the Hermès Maison Madison Flagship Boutique. The role supervises sales staff, coaches and trains associates, monitors CRM and client-capture compliance, manages scheduling and attendance, organizes training, supports recruiting, interprets sales data, maintains inventory and stock levels, and makes critical client and store decisions. The position requires at least four years of retail management experience, luxury-retail experience preferred, proficiency with Excel, Word, Cegid, and E-time, and regular in-person work at the designated location. The salary range is $88,747 to $99,839, with commission and bonus incentives and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
