The positions involve leading and motivating team members, enforcing safety, security, health-code, product, service, and image standards, training staff, managing inventory, cash, labor, sales, marketing, scheduling, customer service, and store profitability. Candidates should have a positive attitude, customer-service ability, math and technology skills, preferably restaurant experience, a record of training team members, food-safety certification or willingness to obtain it, and the ability to work 40-plus hours with open/closing, night, and weekend availability.
