Description
The Assistant Manager will report to the Managing Director and work with the sales and selling-support teams to run the Hermès Miami Boutique, including supervising and coaching staff, managing sales and client development, maintaining CRM and inventory standards, scheduling employees, recruiting, and making critical client and store decisions. The role requires at least four years of retail management experience, luxury-retail experience preferred, proficiency with Excel, Word, Cegid, and E-time, and regular in-person work at the designated location. The salary range is $95,000 to $107,000, with commission and bonus incentives and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
