Adani Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee mining operations, including planning, execution, resource management, quality control, drilling, blasting, coal seam removal, equipment maintenance, and contractor coordination. The role leads shift leaders toward production targets, supports continuous improvement and preparatory works, and ensures productivity, cost control, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Directorate General of Mines Safety standards.
