Playa Bowls is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to oversee a fast-casual restaurant operation. The role covers food quality and inventory checks, delivery scheduling, staff scheduling and training, employee hiring and performance evaluation, equipment maintenance, POS and cash-handling, recordkeeping, and resolution of food, service, and personnel issues. Candidates should have previous managerial experience, a valid driver’s license, strong customer service and communication skills, supply chain knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
