The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in retail, hospitality, or service management, strong customer service and communication skills, POS and computer proficiency, inventory knowledge, flexible availability, and a valid driver's license; preferred qualifications include retail management certification, First Aid and CPR, inventory software experience, sales optimization knowledge, staff training experience, and multi-site experience.
