Harsco is hiring an Assistant Manager – Operations & Maintenance (India) to supervise on-site railway track construction and rail grinding operations, including track machines, technicians, operators, and contract manpower. The role manages machine deployment and maintenance, project documentation, safety compliance, technical issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and performance tracking across multiple pan-India machine-work locations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8–10 years of railway and metro industry experience, familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to work on-site.
