The role manages pickup and delivery performance, service quality, customer experience, workforce planning, cost and budget control, vendor and channel partner operations, safety and compliance, infrastructure readiness, and people leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 6–8 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations, with experience managing multiple service centres and operational teams.
