The role involves timely and error-free transaction reporting, customer communication and resolution, distribution and investor services for corporate customers, coordination with service providers, regulatory compliance, process reporting, and knowledge-management contributions. Candidates should understand mutual fund or security markets, hold a valid NISM VA certification, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ideally be a graduate or postgraduate; local-language knowledge and familiarity with AI-enabled tools are advantages.
