Description
The Assistant Manager – Operations will manage end-to-end mid-mile hub operations at an assigned Air Hub or Surface Hub, overseeing inbound, outbound, transit, fleet, manpower, scheduling, shipment accuracy, network exceptions, service quality, safety, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role leads shift operations and operational teams, supports capacity planning, and drives continuous improvement in a high-volume logistics environment. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of hub or mid-mile logistics experience are required; logistics, supply chain, operations, or transportation qualifications are advantageous.
