The Assistant Eyeglass Manager oversees daily store operations, including personnel management, inventory control, sales and profit performance, eyeglass department efficiency, customer service, quality standards, promotions, visual merchandising, and reporting. The role supervises opticians, CL sales associates, and receptionists in some stores, assists with staffing and recruiting, and requires optical sales experience, leadership ability, strong communication and customer service skills, financial-reporting knowledge, and problem-solving ability.
