Description
The Assistant Eyeglass Manager oversees daily store operations, including personnel management, inventory control, eyeglass department efficiency, customer service, quality standards, promotions, visual merchandising, and reporting. The role supervises opticians, CL sales associates, and receptionists in some stores; assists with staffing forecasting, recruiting, and retention; and motivates associates to meet performance goals. Optical sales experience is required, while supervising experience is preferred.
