The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations of an Eyeglass World store, drive sales and profit goals, monitor performance against budget, maintain customer service and visual merchandising standards, coordinate with doctors and store leadership, and supervise and recruit Optician/Sales Associates. The role requires optical sales experience, supervisory experience is preferred, computer proficiency, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to analyze financial reports and solve problems.
