The Assistant Outlet Manager assists the Outlet Manager in running an assigned outlet as an independent profit centre, following Hyatt International standards and the outlet’s operating concept. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, budget management, and contributing to the outlet’s financial success. Applicants should ideally have a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in hospitality or restaurant management, and must have at least one year of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or two years as a Team Leader/Captain in a hotel with good standards.
