Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and serves as Manager-on-Duty when the General Manager is absent. The role leads sales and floor supervision, develops associates, manages payroll and company assets, maintains visual and merchandising standards, and represents Veronica Beard’s fashion and styling standards. It is based in Palo Alto and requires at least two years of retail management experience in women’s apparel or a related field, along with flexible scheduling, communication, observation, and teamwork skills. The base hourly range is $33.00 to $34.00, with additional benefits, incentives, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
