Description
The role is responsible for executing refractory installation according to drawings and SOPs, conducting safety toolbox talks and site audits, maintaining quality and material records, coordinating progress and billing documentation, inspecting refractory linings, managing site equipment, and complying with statutory requirements. It requires 5–10 years of installation and erection experience, with field application and site-based work required; refractory experience in cement, power plants, or petrochemical segments is preferred, and API certification is an advantage. A diploma in mechanical or ceramics is preferred, while a B.E. in mechanical or ceramics is also accepted.
