Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Pool Services team at the integrated resort opening in the United Arab Emirates in 2027. The role supports daily pool operations, including scheduling, guest services, cleanliness, water-quality monitoring, maintenance coordination, safety compliance, team supervision and training, inventory control, poolside amenities, events, records, and Forbes Five-Star standards. Candidates should have a preferred diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or a related field; 3–5 years of pool or recreation operations experience with supervisory experience; required Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certifications; preferred Pool Operator Certification; strong communication and leadership skills; knowledge of pool maintenance and water safety; flexible availability; and prior Forbes Travel Guide standards training and experience.
