Description
The Production & Process Manager will oversee daily blade manufacturing operations, including mold preparation, layup, infusion, curing, demolding, assembly, finishing, and inspection. The role coordinates with planning, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and EHS teams; drives line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, process validation, root-cause analysis, CAPA, quality standards, safety compliance, team leadership, manpower deployment, material and scrap reduction, KPI monitoring, and digitalization initiatives. Candidates need a B.E./B.Tech in a relevant engineering or industrial discipline and 6 to 10 years of manufacturing operations experience, with preferred experience in wind turbine blade, composite, aerospace, FRP, renewable energy, automotive composite, or heavy engineering manufacturing.
