Description
The Assistant Manager, Processing oversees product flow from the loading dock to the retail floor, supervises and develops staff, manages production, inventory, pricing, budgets, cash transactions, merchandising, customer service, safety, and compliance. The role requires a high school diploma, 5–8 years of experience in production, retail, logistics, or distribution, management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic financial reporting. It involves mostly regular and weekend hours, occasional evening and holiday work, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
