Description
The Assistant Manager – PPC will plan, schedule, and control production activities for a solar module manufacturing unit. The role focuses on production planning and master scheduling, material coordination, capacity and manpower planning, tracking WIP and output, improving machine utilization and downtime, driving Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives, analyzing production variances, ensuring ISO, safety, and quality compliance, and preparing MIS reports. The position requires an engineering degree, preferably with an MBA or PGDM in operations or supply chain, plus PPC experience in solar, electronics, or continuous manufacturing and proficiency with ERP, SAP, or advanced planning tools.
