Flex is hiring an Assistant Manager – Program Management in Chennai to lead strategic customer programs, manage complex manufacturing projects, oversee NPI and product lifecycle activities, drive operational excellence, and support cross-functional and customer stakeholders. The role reports to a Senior Manager, requires 7–10 years of manufacturing program management experience, 3–4 years of Flex program management experience, and at least 3 years of people-management experience, and includes a night shift from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and NK99.
