Description
The University is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Estates Office to support the Campus Master Plan III, campus space management, and capital and non-capital project development. The role involves space studies, user briefs, feasibility and schematic planning, design presentations, tender documentation, consultant and contractor supervision, stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, and on-site construction supervision. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or higher in architectural studies or a related discipline, full membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, at least five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in relevant design and project-management software. The initial appointment is on a two-year fixed-term contract, with re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
