Description
The Operations UAT and System Maintenance Specialist supports project implementations, user acceptance testing, business requirement documentation, system changes, and production maintenance for credit-card operations. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, manages team dynamics, ensures process documentation and compliance, and requires knowledge of core systems such as V+, CardOne, CEMS, and WCP, along with operations processes and the regulatory landscape. A graduate in any discipline is required, with FSI industry experience preferred.
