Description
The Assistant Manager, Quality Accountability Programs, APEC, manages Marriott International's Accountability Program and Red Zone Re-imagined initiative across the Asia Pacific region excluding Greater China. The role coordinates recovery strategies and accountability metrics for underperforming hotels, tracks performance and corrective actions, supports hotels in achieving sustained improvement and Clean Slate status, analyzes guest satisfaction and operational data, and serves as a central liaison among global, regional, brand, and hotel stakeholders. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant hotel operations, quality, guest experience, performance improvement, or project management experience, along with advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, data analysis, and project management skills.
