Description
The role designs and formulates acrylic and rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, understands solvent, emulsion, and hotmelt systems, troubleshoots technical issues, and monitors emerging adhesive technologies. It also manages R&D projects from ideation through development, coordinates cross-functional teams, documents technical results, and supports commercialization transitions. The position requires a master's degree or higher in chemistry, engineering, or polymer sciences, 3–5 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent English.
