LifeLink is hiring an Assistant Manager, Referral Coordinators to oversee and mentor Referral Coordinators, support organ referral management, coordinate resources with Recovery Services and medical personnel, evaluate donor suitability, participate in hiring and performance evaluations, and contribute to quality assurance and referral-response improvement. The role requires RN or healthcare-related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of organ allocation and OPTN policies, and availability for on-call rotation with 24-hour cell phone accessibility.
