Description
The Assistant Manager-Scheduling will support workforce forecasting, capacity planning, demand-to-supply modeling, predictive analytics, workforce reporting, dashboards, and strategic insights. The role also manages and mentors teams of planners and schedulers, collaborates with HR, Finance, and Operations, and contributes to cost, revenue, and account P&L improvements. It requires 7–8 years of workforce analytics, planning, forecasting, or workforce management experience in a large global call center, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Excel skills.
