Description
The role is responsible for overseeing production operations across multiple plants, including shift leadership, production targets, resource allocation, safety, quality, compliance, customer delivery, maintenance coordination, and people management. The employer seeks a degree in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or NDT or an equivalent qualification, at least five years of manufacturing or operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrated people-management success, and knowledge of quality and productivity improvement tools.
