Domino's Pizza is hiring Shift Runners and Assistant Managers for part-time or full-time restaurant management positions. The role oversees all activities during a shift, including cost, inventory, cash, customer relations, policy compliance, team leadership, and food safety protocols. Prior leadership experience is preferred, while candidates must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate excellent customer service and willingness to learn. Advancement toward General Manager is available, and Lead Assistant Managers may receive performance-based bonuses. California pay is the applicable minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour depending on experience and longevity.
