Description
The Assistant Manager/Shift Runner leads a Domino’s store shift by operating equipment, preparing products, processing phone and in-person orders, managing inventory and paperwork, scheduling and staffing employees, controlling food and labor operations, training new and existing staff, maintaining store cleanliness, and delivering products when required. The role involves frequent standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive hand tasks, exposure to hot and cold environments, and use of Domino’s proprietary technology, including the Driver app, Digital Shoulder Surf, and Car Side Delivery.
