Description
The Assistant Manager/Shift Runner leads restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including preparing products, stocking ingredients, processing customer orders, managing inventory, scheduling and staffing, controlling food and labor operations, training employees, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring quality and safety procedures. The role requires customer service, team leadership, basic math and cash-handling ability, computer and telephone order entry, and physical capacity for standing, lifting deliveries up to 50 pounds, operating kitchen equipment, and making deliveries within a designated area. Employees must use Domino’s technology, including the Driver app, Domino’s Digital Shoulder Surf, and Car Side Delivery.
