Description
The Slot Operations Supervisor leads the graveyard shift Slot Operations team, overseeing guest service, customer concerns, slot operations procedures, internal controls, reporting, and Title 31 paperwork. The role includes coaching and training Slot Attendants and Supervisors, managing schedules and staffing, administering evaluations and performance reviews, verifying jackpots and wallet counts, and supporting hiring and separation decisions. The position requires strong leadership, communication, computer, guest service, and project management skills, along with at least five years of supervisory or management experience.
